Products are constructed of quality Baltic birch and alder wood (NO MDF OR PARTICLE BOARD) - please do not wet the surface as warping will occur.

Since this is a real piece of furniture (wood, genuine mirror, hooks, hinges, knobs) and NOT A TOY, please keep out-of-reach of teething puppies and small children. We are not liable for injuries to children or pets as a result of our products or product parts.

Shipping Policy:
Your purchased products will be delivered via Federal Express Home Delivery. Regular Federal Express Home Delivery hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 7:00am-8:00pm. Delivery service takes approx. 4-7 business days*. We do not guarantee the arrival date of the packages.

Federal Express shipping is based on size of package, weight and distance.

Federal Express requires a physical address for delivery. (No P.O. Boxes).

Federal Express requires a signature at time of delivery; packages will not be released without a signature. Some Exceptions May Apply. We are unable to instruct shipping companies regarding how or when to leave packages at the shipping address. If you are not likely to be home when the package arrives, you might leave a note asking the driver to leave the package with a neighbor or building manager.

*Armoires and Beds may take up to 3 weeks delivery time.

We currently ship to street addresses only. Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling.

Items incurring special shipping charges will be indicated within the item description.

California residents must pay 8.25% Sales Tax.

All returned checks are subject for a service charge up to the maximum allowed by law for your state. We reserve the right to hold checks until cleared.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid a $5.00 address correction charge. If the shipping address needs to be changed after your package has left our warehouse, a $5.00 charge will be assessed. This charge is assessed by Fed Ex and UPS, and unfortunately must be passed along to you, our customer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are charged this fee in error, please contact us immediately so we can dispute the charges with the package carrier.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions concerning shipping. We try to provide the least costly shipping rates to you. We can be contacted 24 hours a day via voice mail or email. Calls will be returned as soon as possible and email will be answered promptly.

We will gladly refund your money or exchange the item, as you wish.

Returning a Product for Exchange or Refund
In the event you wish to return a product, please follow the instructions below.

Upon delivery, if you have reason to believe your product is defective, missing parts, or if you have changed your mind on your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at 888-512-6237 or email us at amber@ambersarmoire.com

If product is damaged via shipping, please notify us the day it arrives, otherwise we will assume product is not damaged and has arrived safely.

Please read the enclosure letter (in the LetterPak enclosed with your item) when you receive your product to ensure all parts are in place and product is fully intact – assembly is never necessary with an Amber's Armoire product.

We are not responsible for items damaged by customer within the 30-day period.

For sanitary purposes, mattresses and duvets cannot be returned once used and if unused, must be returned within 6 days.

When returning an item for exchange or refund, carefully repack the item in the original shipping carton and packing material and fill out the return form (in the LetterPak enclosed with your item) and enclose with product.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for returning an item, unless item was damaged during shipping or is defective upon receipt.

Please be sure to mail back product promptly. Products received past 20 days after notification to us for exchange or refund will not be accepted.

Refunds will be credited upon receipt of returned item. Items purchased via credit card will be refunded by credit to the same credit card. Items purchased via check will be refunded via check.

No refunds or exchanges will be available after 30 days.
